For its comedy development team, Universal Television has elevated Jim Donnelly to executive VP and Dan Shear to senior VP.<\/p>\n

Donnelly was first hired by Universal Television as senior VP of comedy development in 2015. Shear joined the company as VP of comedy development the year before that. Together, they have developed such hit series as NBC’s The Good Place<\/em>, A.P. Bio<\/em> and Superstore<\/em>, to name a few.<\/p>\n
