Hall has been the host of <em>Deadline: Crime with Tamron Hall<\/em> on Investigation Discovery since September 2013. She was part of the NBC News team as a co-host of the third hour of NBC News\u2019 <em>Today<\/em> and the anchor of <em>MSNBC Live with Tamron Hall<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are incredibly excited to partner with Tamron and look forward to bringing a fresh, new daytime talk show to stations across the country that will showcase her enormous talent and dynamic personality,\u201d said Janice Marinelli, president of global content sales and distribution for direct-to-consumer and international of The Walt Disney Company.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTamron\u2019s wealth of experience and unique perspective is needed in today\u2019s daytime landscape,\u201d added William Burton, senior VP of ABC Daytime. \u201cWe look forward to developing a daily destination showcasing her spirit, boundless enthusiasm and powerful ability to engage with viewers.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m so thrilled to partner with Disney|ABC to create a daytime television show that\u2019s unconventional, fun, intimate and sometimes even raw,\u201d said Hall. \u201cMy new partners appreciate and respect the relationship I\u2019ve built with my audience and know that if we create television worth watching, they\u2019ll join us for the ride.
