The new funding from the investors\u2014all of which have channels in the Philo skinny bundle\u2014will be invested in product features and marketing, as well as innovations such as a &#8220;socially-driven TV experience.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur goal is to build a television service that people love,&#8221; said Andrew McCollum, Philo\u2019s CEO. &#8220;The expansion onto Amazon Fire TV and Apple TV is a natural extension for us and allows many new people to discover and enjoy Philo, as well as expanding the viewing options for our existing subscribers.
