In addition to Schlatter, the film stars Doro Muggler, Bendrit Bajra, Luna Wedler, Daniel Mangisch, Philippe Graber, Una Rusca, Gilles Tschudi and Marco Canadea.<\/p>\n<p><em>America Adrift<\/em> tells the story of a mother who fights back against the heroin epidemic in Long Island after her son becomes involved.
