Peter Keramidas, a former Sonar Entertainment exec, has been named executive VP of operations, strategy and business development at ITV Studios America.<\/p>\n
In his new role, Keramidas will work under Philippe Maigret, the president of ITV Studios America. He previously served as CFO and executive VP of strategy at Sonar Entertainment.<\/p>\n
Earlier in his career\u2014which has spanned more than 25 years\u2014Keramidas\u00a0ran his own consultancy practice advising on content strategy. He has also held senior positions at ABC, Warner Bros. and Showtime Networks, where he served as executive VP of programming.<\/p>\n
Maigret remarked: \u201cI have worked with Peter for many years and know firsthand that his understanding of the television business is second to none. Peter will play a key role in helping us drive growth and manage ITV Studios\u2019 expanding U.S. scripted TV operations across our labels.\u201d<\/p>\n
