{"id":8810,"date":"2018-06-22T10:31:46","date_gmt":"2018-06-22T14:31:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tvusa\/entertainment-inks-first-look-deal-cedar-park\/"},"modified":"2018-06-22T10:32:29","modified_gmt":"2018-06-22T14:32:29","slug":"entertainment-inks-first-look-deal-with-cedar-park","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tvusa\/entertainment-inks-first-look-deal-with-cedar-park\/","title":{"rendered":"eOne Inks First-Look Deal with Cedar Park"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Entertainment One (eOne) has signed a two-year first-look agreement with Cedar Park Entertainment, the new production company set up by ex-Audience Network executive Chris Long and <em>Bright<\/em> director David Ayer.<\/p>\n<p>The alliance will cover new scripted and unscripted programming from Cedar Park. \u201cDavid and Chris have a proven track record of creating content that engages and entertains audiences,\u201d said Mark Gordon, eOne\u2019s president and chief content officer of film, television and digital, and Peter Micelli, chief strategy officer for film, television and digital. \u201cWe\u2019re excited to support a company with two accomplished and talented principals to continue to produce world-class programming.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are thrilled to be partnering with eOne who are true leaders in this space and are crafting content for global audiences,&#8221; Ayer and Long said. &#8220;We\u2019re looking forward to continuing to grow Cedar Park and are excited to do that with Mark and Pete, who are truly the best in the business,\u201d stated Ayer and Long.<\/p>\n<p>Long was previously head of programming at Audience Network.
