He will be responsible for the company&#8217;s strategy\/business development, helping Mullin identify potential investment opportunities and M&amp;A that best complement FMNA and the overall FremantleMedia core businesses. He will also lead FMNA&#8217;s ancillary businesses, including licensing, sponsorship and branded content, identifying new opportunities for growth and partnerships.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, Glankler will guide FMNA&#8217;s marketing\/communications teams while also offering insight to the company&#8217;s vintage game-show digital multicast network, BUZZR, as well as its overall digital\/social media efforts.<\/p>\n<p>Glankler was first hired by FremantleMedia in 2013. He most recently served as president\/general manager of FremantleMedia Kids &amp; Family. Earlier in his career, he was senior VP of HIT Entertainment.<\/p>\n<p>Mullin stated: \u201cRick has been a huge asset to FremantleMedia since joining the company in 2013.
