It is produced and distributed by Debmar-Mercury.<\/p>\n<p>This marks the first-ever repurposing programming deal by a multicast network.<\/p>\n<p>Jonathan Katz, the president and CEO of Katz Networks, which operates Bounce, commented: &#8220;The opinionated voice of <em>The Wendy Williams Show<\/em> has come to symbolize pop culture.
