He will work closely with Pilgrim\u2019s chief creative officer, Johnny Gould, and the company\u2019s VP and head of development, Nicole Silveira, in this process. The first series planned to go to market as a result of this agreement are the music competition shows <em>The Prot\u00e9g\u00e9<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0<em>The Music Makers<\/em>\u00a0(working titles).<\/p>\n<p>In addition to <em>Lip Sync Battle<\/em>, Greenberg\u2019s credits include 2017\u2019s MTV Movie &amp; TV Awards, NBC\u2019s\u00a0<em>The Sing-Off<\/em>\u00a0and MTV\u2019s\u00a0<em>America\u2019s Best Dance Crew<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Piligian said, \u201cJosh Greenberg has been one of unscripted\u2019s key creatives in the music and performance competition space, and we believe his expertise and bold approach is a great fit for Pilgrim.
