Viacom has named Jennifer Zaldivar-Clark to the post of senior VP of talent for Paramount Network.<\/p>\n

In her expanded role, Zaldivar-Clark will oversee Paramount Network’s newly formed talent function and will continue to serve as senior VP of\u00a0talent and communications\u00a0at\u00a0TV Land. She will report to\u00a0Kevin Kay, the president of Paramount Network,\u00a0TV Land\u00a0and CMT, with a dotted line to\u00a0Frank Tanki, the general manager of\u00a0TV Land.<\/p>\n

Zaldivar-Clark’s responsibilities as lead talent and communications executive for\u00a0TV Land\u00a0include overseeing talent relations for the brand, as well as booking and event strategy. Additionally, she guides communications for\u00a0TV Land’s\u00a0scripted programming and leads a bi-coastal team to develop and execute national publicity campaigns for its\u00a0hit\u00a0original series\u00a0Younger<\/em>, Teachers<\/em> and Nobodies<\/em>. She is also tasked with advancing the brand’s corporate communications strategy as it continues to expand its reach and attract new audiences during a transformation period.<\/p>\n
