Writer, producer and director Carlton Cuse (Lost<\/em>) has rejoined ABC Studios in a multiyear overall deal.<\/p>\n

Cuse\u2019s company, Genre Arts,\u00a0will create and produce\u00a0content across all network, cable and streaming platforms. Under the Genre Arts banner, Cuse will develop projects and collaborate with other writers to bring their visions to the screen. The deal marks a return for Cuse to ABC Studios, where he served as co-showrunner of the hit series Lost<\/em> for six years.<\/p>\n

Genre Arts will be based on the Disney Studios lot, and Lindsey Springer,\u00a0who was previously\u00a0head of development for Steven Spielberg’s Amblin TV, will serve as president of the company.<\/p>\n

\u201cForming a partnership with a writer\/producer\/director as talented and prolific as Carlton Cuse is a major victory for ABC Studios,\u201d said Patrick Moran, the president of ABC Studios. \u201cWe\u2019re so looking forward to working with him again and bringing his signature creativity back to our studio.\u201d<\/p>\n

I am very excited to be working alongside wonderful and iconic Disney brands like Marvel, Pixar and Lucasfilm to create and bring entertaining and compelling stories to the screen.
