His remit spans film, television, animation and distribution divisions. He reports to\u00a0Gene Stein, the company&#8217;s president of U.S. television; Nicolas Atlan, the president of animation; and Vanessa Shapiro, the president of worldwide TV distribution and co-production.<\/p>\n<p>Before joining Gaumont, Stephen spent six years as\u00a0executive VP of business and legal affairs at Generate. Earlier, he held business and legal affairs roles at Cartoon Network and Lionsgate. He has also served as president of Adam Productions.
