The episodes are closed-ended, so it repeats incredibly well in the schedule.\u201d Also on offer from A+E is the new scripted launch <em>Knightfall<\/em>, which follows the adventures of the Knights Templar. The show is executive produced by Jeremy Renner and stars Tom Cullen (<em>Downton Abbey<\/em>). \u201cIt\u2019s a European story, so we feel it will resonate well with the CEE audience,\u201d says Hurd. \u201cIt\u2019s shot in Europe, it\u2019s a European cast [and] it\u2019s got fantastic amounts of action.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the company is showcasing its catalog of television movies, including <em>Cocaine Godmother<\/em>, which stars Catherine Zeta-Jones; <em>Menendez: Blood Brothers<\/em>, featuring Courtney Love; <em>Beaches<\/em>, a remake of the classic film; and <em>Michael Jackson: Searching for Neverland<\/em>, about the late King of Pop. \u201cOur TV movies perform really well, not only in the U.S. but in the U.K., France and Spain,\u201d says Hurd. \u201cAnd they are affordable; they\u2019re more affordable than features and they perform just as well.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Among the factual highlights from A+E Networks at NATPE Budapest is the long-running reality series American Pickers.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[69],"tags":[103],"class_list":["post-8034","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","","category-top-stories","tag-ae-networks"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.7 -
