As head of her own indie outfit Rebecca Halpern Productions, Halpern partnered with Academy Award-winning director Robert Zemeckis, ImageMovers and Outpost Entertainment on an upcoming scripted\/unscripted hybrid project she created. She previously served as VP of development at Outpost Entertainment, under the ITV America banner.<\/p>\n<p>3 Ball Entertainment CEOs Todd A. Nelson and Ross Weintraub said in a joint statement, \u201cWith a proven track record of developing and producing sharp, substantive content, Rebecca\u2019s taste and perspective felt like a natural fit for 3 Ball. We look forward to breaking new programming ground with her as well as adding such a talented and fresh voice to our roster of new projects.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Halpern added, &#8220;I&#8217;m thrilled to be collaborating with such a prolific production company as 3 Ball Entertainment.
