Freeform picked up ten episodes that are scheduled to debut in 2018. <em>Marvel\u2019s New Warriors<\/em> follows six young people with powers on the opposite end of the spectrum compared to The Avengers. The New Warriors live and work together and want to make a difference in the world, even if the world is not quite ready for them. The series will feature fan-favorite Squirrel Girl.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFreeform\u2019s mission is to deliver incredible content to young adults, and Marvel Television seamlessly aligns with that mission; we couldn&#8217;t be more proud to collaborate with them on <em>Marvel\u2019s New Warriors<\/em>,\u201d said Karey Burke, the executive VP of programming and development at Freeform.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Marvel&#8217;s New Warriors<\/em> have always been fan favorites, and now particularly with the addition of Squirrel Girl, they are Marvel Television favorites as well,\u201d said Marvel\u2019s head of television and executive producer Jeph Loeb. \u201cAfter the amazing experience we&#8217;ve had with Freeform on <em>Marvel\u2019s Cloak &amp; Dagger<\/em>, we can&#8217;t think of a better place for our young heroes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em>Marvel&#8217;s New Warriors<\/em> is co-produced by Marvel Television and ABC Signature Studios.
