Each week, the show presents stories about current political events in a satirical manner with a Libertarian slant. The series offers an accompanying online component that is updated daily.<\/p>\n<p><em>WTF NewsAmerica<\/em> was created and directed by Mark Vadik (<em>Cyrus<\/em>,<em> The Thirsting<\/em>,<em> A Chance in the World<\/em>,<em> Shut Up &amp; Dance<\/em>), who also serves as a writer. The head writer is Nate Herman (<em>SNL<\/em>,<em> Second City Theater<\/em>,<em> Second City Headline News<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are extremely pleased to represent <em>WTF NewsAmerica <\/em>to the U.S. market,\u201d said Stuart Smitherman, the president of Vivicast Media. \u201cHaving performed brilliantly in a top U.S. market, we are excited to roll the series out nationally.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Vadik added, \u201cVivicast Media has become a go-to distribution home for the independent production community, and we are thrilled to join forces with this extraordinary company.
