Pearce joins from Channel 4, where she was the formats commissioning editor.<\/p>\n<p>Pearce\u00a0said, \u201cMy time as a commissioner at Channel 4 has been an incredible experience, but I am really excited to make the move back into production and into the American market. This role is a brilliant opportunity to work with Layla, Greg and the team to continue OMG America&#8217;s growth\u00a0and bring the wealth of Objective&#8217;s excellent U.K. talent and ideas to the U.S. market.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>OMG&#8217;s CEO, Layla Smith, said, \u201cThe whole team here at OMG can&#8217;t wait to start working with Jilly on our international expansion in 2017.
