{"id":7621,"date":"2017-01-16T08:00:58","date_gmt":"2017-01-16T13:00:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tvusa\/reelz-sets-kennedys-camelot-premiere\/"},"modified":"2017-01-16T10:19:23","modified_gmt":"2017-01-16T15:19:23","slug":"reelz-readies-the-kennedys-after-camelot-premiere","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tvusa\/reelz-readies-the-kennedys-after-camelot-premiere\/","title":{"rendered":"REELZ Readies The Kennedys: After Camelot Premiere"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>PASADENA: REELZ has slated the debut of the miniseries <em>The Kennedys: After Camelot<\/em>, starring Katie Holmes and Matthew Perry, as well as several original series and specials.<\/p>\n<p>The two-hour world premiere of <em>The\u00a0Kennedys: After Camelot<\/em> will air on Sunday, April 2, at 9 p.m. The two-hour conclusion will air the following Sunday, April 9, at 9 p.m. The miniseries also stars Alexander Siddig, Brett Donahue and Kristen Hager, with Diana Hardcastle and Kristin Booth reprising their roles from <em>The Kennedys<\/em> as Rose and Ethel Kennedy.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the premiere of <em>The Kennedys: After Camelot<\/em>, the network has scheduled a lineup of new and returning series and specials. New series include <em>Nancy O\u2019Dell Remembers <\/em>(April 3)<em>\u00a0<\/em>and <em>Exposed with Deborah Norville<\/em> (April 12). The special <em>Dead Man Talking: The Execution of Gary Gilmore<\/em> will air on January 15, while <em>Freddie Mercury: The Great Pretender Revealed<\/em> will broadcast on January 21.<\/p>\n<p>Among the returning series is <em>Behind Closed Doors<\/em>, hosted by Natalie Morales (February 4). <em>Autopsy: The Last Hours Of\u2026 <\/em>returns with new episodes on January 28.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe extraordinary response and recognition we received when we aired the controversial miniseries <em>The Kennedys<\/em> is what really put REELZ on the map,\u201d said Stan E.
