NEW YORK: NBCUniversal, Verizon and Macy\u2019s have aligned to deliver viewers a first-of-its-kind content experience, featuring a 360-degree livestream of the Macy\u2019s Thanksgiving Day Parade.<\/p>\n

This marks the first time the event will be available for at-home viewers beyond a linear broadcast. With five strategically placed 360-degree cameras along the parade route, audiences will be able to view the livestream from different angles, coupled with graphic pop-ups featuring fun facts about the parade.<\/p>\n

The livestream will be synced with the start of the parade on November 24 at 9 a.m. on NBC. The content will be live on Verizon\u2019s YouTube page.<\/p>\n

By leveraging the latest technology, the 360 livestream offers an immersive experience coupled with curated programming, and brings a first-of-its-kind experience to consumers on Verizon\u2019s YouTube page.\u201d<\/p>\n
