ATLANTA: Turner’s truTV has given the go-ahead to I’m Sorry<\/em>, a new scripted comedy series created by and starring Andrea Savage (Veep<\/em>, Episodes<\/em>).<\/p>\n

I’m Sorry<\/em> will center on a seemingly confident comedy writer, wife and mother who exposes her inner immaturity and neuroses through unexpected life situations. Appearing alongside Savage in the 10×30-minute\u00a0first season will be Tom Everett Scott (Southland<\/em>) and newcomer Olive Petrucci. The show, which marks truTV’s third scripted comedy, is slated to begin airing next year.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m Sorry<\/em> is produced by Kablamo! and Gloria Sanchez Productions.\u00a0Savage, Jessica Elbaum, Jason Zaro, Billy Rosenberg, Will Ferrell, Adam McKay, Andy Samberg, Jorma Taccone and Akiva Schaffer are serving as executive producers.<\/p>\n
