She will also be responsible for the network&#8217;s\u00a0acquisition strategy and acquiring content\u00a0that enhances the Freeform brand.<\/p>\n<p>Lindman previously founded Refractant Media Consulting. Before that, she served as senior VP of program strategy for Oxygen and executive VP of program strategy at MTV. Earlier, Lindman worked for Viacom Media Networks&#8217; The N and Noggin. She started her career at Warner Bros. and was a member of the team that launched Kids&#8217; WB during the 1990s.<\/p>\n<p>Ascheim remarked: \u201cSarah is a smart, strategic executive who has never lost her love for watching TV.
