Simpson, Mr. Robot Score TCA Awards"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>BEVERLY HILLS: The Television Critics Association (TCA) held its 32nd annual awards presentation, with three nods going to <em>The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>The FX series won for program of the year\u00a0and was honored with the award for outstanding achievement in movies, miniseries and specials. Sarah Paulson, who plays Marcia Clark in <em>The People v. O.J. Simpson<\/em>, was recognized for individual achievement in drama.<\/p>\n<p><em>Mr. Robot<\/em> won for outstanding new program, while the drama win went to <em>The Americans<\/em> for the second consecutive year. <em>Black-ish<\/em> picked up the award in the comedy category. Rachel Bloom won for individual achievement in comedy for her role in The CW&#8217;s <em>Crazy Ex-Girlfriend<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>For news and information program, <em>Full Frontal with Samantha Bee<\/em> was recognized with the win. Netflix&#8217;s <em>Making a Murderer<\/em> took the top honors for reality programming. <em>Daniel Tiger&#8217;s Neighborhood<\/em> was the winner for youth programming.<\/p>\n<p>The career achievement award was presented to Lily Tomlin. The heritage award went to <em>The Mary Tyler Moore Show<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>The results were determined from votes cast by the TCA\u2019s membership, comprised of more than 220 professional TV critics and journalists from the U.S. and Canada.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BEVERLY HILLS: The Television Critics Association (TCA) held its 32nd annual awards presentation, with three nods going to The People v.
