Her aim will be to expand Spike\u2019s non-scripted slate.<\/p>\n<p>Socha currently serves as executive in charge of <em>Ink Master<\/em>. She helped grow the franchise by developing the spin-off <em>Ink Master: Redemption<\/em>, which is now in its third season. Socha is also the executive in charge of development on the upcoming series <em>Caraoke Showdown<\/em> and the special <em>Tracks<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTori\u2019s immense dedication and innovative spirit has proven to be a tremendous resource for our team,\u201d said Chachi Senior, the senior VP of original series, to whom Socha will continue to report. \u201cWe look forward to her creative contributions as the network continues to broaden out.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining Spike, Socha served as director of alternative programming at Syfy, developing unscripted series such as <em>Ghost Mine<\/em> and <em>Heroes of Cosplay<\/em>. She was also manager of development for TLC.
