The movie brought an estimated $248 million at the box office in North America, and two sequels, <em>Episode VIII<\/em> and <em>Episode IX<\/em>, are scheduled for release in 2017 and 2019, respectively.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;No greater fandom has ever existed than the <em>Star Wars<\/em> fans, and we are thrilled to be the exclusive home of <em>The Force Awakens<\/em>,&#8221; said Chris Albrecht, the president and CEO of Starz. &#8220;We are offering a variety of ways for fans and subscribers to watch, on the Starz\u00a0networks, on demand, by streaming or download on the Starz App or through an Amazon Prime Starz subscription.
