Members of the board include All3Media America\u2019s CEO, Gregory Lipstone; Endemol Shine\u2019s COO, Ben Samek; Propagate Content\u2019s founder and co-CEO, Howard Owens; and John Pollak, Electus International\u2019s president of global distribution.
