She will report to David Eilenberg, ITV Entertainment\u2019s president.<\/p>\n<p>Sebastian joins ITV from USA Network where she served as head of alternative programming, overseeing production on multiple seasons of <em>Chrisley Knows Best<\/em> and developing and overseeing production on new series such as <em>First Impressions<\/em> with Dana Carvey. Previously, she was VP of current and development at Electus, overseeing development of a varied slate of formats.<\/p>\n<p>Said Eilenberg, \u201cJessica brings immense talent, drive and expertise to ITV, having worked on both the network and producer sides of our business. Her experience and perspective are particularly meaningful at a time when our business is ultra competitive but also ripe with opportunity.
