Hoyt will also be responsible for all program scheduling for the network. In addition to her new post with Vibrant TV, Hoyt will continue to serve as the director of advertising sales for the network\u2019s corporate parent, Zephyr Media Group.<\/p>\n<p>She will be based in Vibrant TV\u2019s Chicago headquarters and will report directly to Dan Zifkin, the CEO of Vibrant TV.
