Harden joined TCG as executive VP in September 2013, where she played key roles in TCG\u2019s majority stake acquisition of Crunchyroll, the formation of Otter Media with AT&amp;T, and Otter Media\u2019s purchasing of a controlling stake in global youth media company Fullscreen. Harden currently sits on the boards at Crunchyroll and Fullscreen.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSarah has been integral to Otter Media\u2019s rapid development and success since formation,\u201d said Jesse Jacobs, the president of TCG. \u201cShe has successfully led a wide range of activities spanning M&amp;A, operations, strategy and day-to-day execution.
