\n\tLOS ANGELES: MarVista Entertainment has appointed Larry Grimaldi, a former Real Housewives<\/em> producer and Hearst Entertainment exec, as the company's VP of development and production.<\/p>\n

\n\tIn his new role, Grimaldi will work under Robyn Snyder, MarVista's executive VP of development and production. He will help to create and produce entertainment programming in the TV movie, scripted series and digital spaces for all audiences. Throughout his career, he has produced content for such networks as CBS, Lifetime, Bravo, MTV, TLC, ABC Family and Animal Planet, among others.<\/p>\n

\n\tGrimaldi most recently served as supervising producer on Rich Kids of Beverly Hills <\/em>for E!, and as a senior producer on several seasons of Bravo's Real Housewives of Beverly Hills<\/em> and Real Housewives of Orange County<\/em>. Prior to producing and directing reality shows and docs, he was a TV movie executive at Hearst Entertainment. His scripted producing credits include The Soul Collector<\/em>, Sex & Mrs. X<\/em> and Dangerous Evidence: The Lori Jackson Story<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\n\tSnyder commented: "As MarVista's development and production slate has grown significantly in the last few years across all genres of programming, from our television movies for Disney XD, Lifetime, Hallmark, UPTV and ION, to our productions in the theatrical space—most recently including Satanic<\/em>, Most Likely to Die <\/em>and Sleepwalker—<\/em>so has our need for a seasoned production executive.
