\n\tLOS ANGELES: Dante Di Loreto, who has been working alongside Ryan Murphy as executive producer on such series as Glee <\/em>and American Horror Story<\/em>, has been named president of television at Chernin Entertainment.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe role sees Di Loreto with oversight of the day-to-day development and production for the company in the TV arena. Di Loreto joins from WatchWorks Entertainment, a company he started earlier this year. Di Loreto has worked on such productions as the HBO films The Normal Heart <\/em>and Temple Grandin. <\/em><\/p>\n

\n\tJenno Topping, the head of film and television at Chernin Entertainment, to whom Di Loreto will report, commented: “Dante has consistently delivered inspired television series that capture unique characters and stories. He’s a champion of courageous writers and vision. We look forward to getting started with him.”
