\n\tLOS ANGELES: Adrian Sexton, a former Participant Media and Lionsgate executive, has joined Endemol Beyond USA as its chief operating officer.<\/p>\n

\n\tSexton will be in charge of building new strategic partnerships and investments, business development, strategy, sales and distribution opportunities for the premium channel network, a division of Endemol Shine North America. Sexton will work out of the company’s Los Angeles office.<\/p>\n

\n\tSexton was previously the executive VP of digital at Participant Media. Before that, he served as head of digital and business development at Lionsgate.<\/p>\n

\n\t“Adrian’s wealth of experience in both digital and traditional media is the right fit for Endemol Beyond USA as we continue to pioneer the world’s first premium channel network that’s now home to some of the most influential talent and hottest content in the digital space,” said Will Keenan, the president of Endemol Beyond USA. “We’d be hard-pressed to find a more intelligent and hard-working executive to further develop our business.”<\/p>\n

\n\tSexton added, “With experience building digital businesses at independents like Lionsgate, Participant Media and multiple venture-backed start-ups, I was looking for a highly entrepreneurial media company that invests in new content, technologies and audiences.
