The agreement also grants DISH the rights to Showtime VOD content and authentication rights for Showtime Anytime, and includes a path to OTT distribution of Showtime Networks.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThe agreement also sees the dismissal of all pending litigation between the two companies, including disputes over PrimeTime Anytime and AutoHop.
