\n\tLOS ANGELES: FX Networks has placed an order for the comedy pilot Pariah<\/em>, which stars comedian Bill Burr as a volatile TV personality.<\/p>\n \n\tPariah <\/em>centers on Joe Abbott, a man who was kicked out of show business after having an on-air meltdown. The pilot, to be directed by Rob McElhenney, was penned by creators and brothers John and Dave Chernin (It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia<\/em>). It is being made by FX Productions in association with RCG Productions, the production company of McElhenney, Charlie Day and Glenn Howerton, who serve as exec producers.<\/p>\n \n\t"Bill Burr is a great comedic talent," said Nick Grad, president of original programming for FX Networks and FX Productions. "Teaming Bill with Rob, Charlie and Glenn, along with John and Dave is a perfect recipe for a terrific comedy pilot."<\/p>\n \n\t"I am really looking forward to making a show with Rob, Dave, John, Charlie and Glenn," stated Burr. "I've been a big fan of Sunny<\/em> since the beginning of their amazing run.
