He&rsquo;ll also oversee compliance, litigation, distribution and all deals from development to production. The exec will be based in Los Angeles, where he&rsquo;ll manage the company&rsquo;s West and East Coast teams. He&rsquo;ll report to Orly Adelson, the president of ITV Studios America.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&ldquo;We are delighted that Tom is joining us, bringing his breadth of experience in both scripted and non-scripted content to lead our terrific legal and business affairs teams,&rdquo; said Adelson. &ldquo;Tom&rsquo;s deal-making will be vital as we continue to take ITV Studios America into its next phase of growth.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>\n\tLane added: &ldquo;TV Studios America is a vibrant, dynamic studio with a wonderful portfolio of programming, and under the leadership of Orly Adelson, it is poised for further growth and diversification.
