Their duties will include building relationships with external artistic communities, conceptualizing and executing original programming ideas, strengthening current show brands, and managing their teams across all business and creative operations.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tTarantino previously served as the VP of original programming for Style Network, where he contributed to the launch of such original series as <em>Hot Listings Miami<\/em>, <em>Jerseylicious<\/em> and <em>Big Rich Texas<\/em>. Earlier in his career, he produced programs for Bravo, VH1, Food Network, BET and Lifetime, among other channels.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tVan Es Oliva used to be the senior VP of development for Fly On the Wall Entertainment, where she created, developed, pitched and sold several titles to Food Network, Sundance, E!, Oxygen, HISTORY and TLC.
