She will work out of Los Angeles under Nancy Daniels, the network&#039;s general manager.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tVaro Jarrell previously served as the head of unscripted programming and development at ABC Family. Before that she was the VP of reality programming and development at Lifetime and director of reality programming and development at CBS Entertainment.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tDaniels stated: &quot;Sandy has a long and rich history of producing compelling, high-quality programming across a variety of networks and genres.
