Gilman will also be responsible for supporting distribution strategies. She will report to Lee Rierson, the COO. Gilman joins from Original Productions, where she served as the senior VP of Original Productions Entertainment Network.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&ldquo;FremantleMedia has an extremely successful track record of creating digital businesses around the company&rsquo;s renowned TV brands,&rdquo; said Thom Beers, the CEO of FremantleMedia North America. &ldquo;Having Gayle lead our digital team will allow us to expand our original content business.
