Prior to that he was the senior VP for Eyeworks USA, where he developed Spike&#8217;s <em>Bar Rescue<\/em>, MTV&#8217;s <em>I Used to Be Fat<\/em> and ABC&#8217;s <em>Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition<\/em>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Kuba most recently held the post of senior director of development at High Noon Media. In that role he developed such programs as <em>Collection Intervention<\/em> on Syfy, <em>Making Mr. Right<\/em> on VH1 and <em>Catch and Release<\/em>, which is slated for broadcast on The Discovery Channel. Before that he spent a decade working as a freelance producer for a number of companies, including FOX, NBC and Bunim\/Murray, to name a few.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">&quot;Dan has always impressed me with his sharp instincts, intelligence and creativity,&quot; said Pam Healey, the general manager of Shed U.S. &quot;He has a proven track record with cable and broadcast networks, and this makes him a perfect match to run Shed U.S.&#8217;s development team.
