He will be responsible for heading up Shine America&#8217;s&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">in-house business and legal affairs department and serving as general counsel.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">For the past two years, Schneider has been the executive VP of business affairs, entertainment and digital networks and integrated media at NBCUniversal, where he managed the business affairs for Bravo, Oxygen, Style, Sprout, Telemundo, Fandango and Daily Candy assets. Before that he was the senior VP of business affairs and deputy general counsel for Lifetime Television Networks.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Ross remarked: &quot;Jeff&#8217;s tremendous professional experience within our industry makes him the ideal executive to lead our business affairs team as we continue to aggressively expand our footprint in both scripted and unscripted television programming.&quot;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">&quot;I am very excited to be going to a company as entrepreneurial as Shine America,&quot; added Schneider. &quot;With so much change occurring across the television and digital landscapes, I had really been hoping to find a place where I could expand upon and go beyond my network and studio experience.
