She will report to John P. Roberts, the company&#8217;s senior VP of digital media and commercial affairs. Before her appointment she was the VP of digital strategy and marketing at Katalyst, where she developed branded content and social media strategies for such existing brands as GE, Pepsi and Virgin Mobile, to name a few.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Working under Ordaz, Elmo will serve as the new director of development for original digital content. She previously worked as a consultant and producer at Sundance Productions, where she oversaw new business and digital development for scripted and unscripted projects.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Snell, who will also report to Ordaz, has been named the director of production for original digital content. She was most recently a production manager for <em>Fashion Star<\/em>, an NBC reality series.
