She will work under Susan J. Young, MarVista&#8217;s CFO. In the past, Poon was employed by Warner Bros. Entertainment as a project specialist for the studio&#8217;s finance and H.R. groups.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\" class=\"Apple-style-span\">Reporting to VP of production and development Sharon Bordas, Pillemer will be responsible for supervising projects from early development through final delivery in the film and TV market. She previously served as a development staffer at HBO Films.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><font face=\"Verdana\" class=\"Apple-style-span\">As director of strategic programs, Vassiliadis will be expected to launch and implement strategic initiatives that enhance the company&#8217;s operations and profitability. Prior to his appointment at MarVista, he worked for Deloitte Consulting&#8217;s strategy and operations division.<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><font face=\"Verdana\" class=\"Apple-style-span\">&quot;From the moment we launched MarVista, we had a plan that recognized the need for market-driven feedback directly from our buyers,&quot; said Fernando Szew, the CEO of MarVista. &quot;Our commitment to producing and acquiring content based on market demands has been, and continues to distinguish our company.
