It comes from <em>Life Unexpected <\/em>creator Liz Tigelaar and is a remake of the 2009 indie drama of the same name, which starred Demi Moore and David Duchovny. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">From Fox Television Studios comes <em>Rita<\/em>, an adaptation of the Danish format of the same name. It is written and executive produced by Krista Vernoff (<em>Shameless<\/em>, <em>Grey&#8217;s Anatomy<\/em>). <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Bravo has scheduled its first original scripted series for the fourth quarter of 2013. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">&ldquo;These pilots give us an opportunity to explore worlds and characters that are distinct from our unscripted programming,&rdquo; said Andrew Wang, the VP of scripted development and production at Bravo.  &ldquo;Yet, both projects feature the memorable story lines and strong, unique characters that our Bravo audience craves.&rdquo; <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NEW YORK: Bravo Media has made its first scripted pilot orders, greenlighting The Joneses and Rita.
