Enters JV with Preferred Content"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">LOS ANGELES: Content Media Corporation is establishing a new film, TV and digital production and development company in partnership with Preferred Content.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">The new venture is entitled Preferred Film &amp; TV (PFT). Preferred Content founders&nbsp;Ross M. Dinerstein and Kevin Iwashina will collectively oversee the day-to-day operations, working closely with Content Film&#8217;s Jamie Carmichael. The company will produce across all genres. PFT will have a first-look agreement with Content&#8217;s film division, but will also be able to work with other distribution and finance entities. The two companies will continue to manage their own international and domestic sales businesses.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">&quot;As Preferred Content enters its fourth year of existence, Kevin and I are thrilled to continue to build our business with new partners,&quot; said Dinerstein. &quot;John, Jamie and the team at Content have been instrumental in the growth of our production business, and we look forward to the next phase.&quot;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nContent&#8217;s CEO, John Schmidt, and Carmichael added, &ldquo;We have worked on some great films with Ross and Kevin, culminating in the fantastic success of <em>The Pact<\/em> this year.
