Roberts has become the new senior VP of digital media and commercial affairs for Endemol USA.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Roberts&rsquo; duties will include establishing new digital and commercial business opportunities for the company in North America as well as for its Original Media,&nbsp;Authentic Entertainment, 51 Minds, True Entertainment and Endemol Studios subsidiaries. He will help manage mobile apps, social games, interactive television and all original digital productions. In addition, he will oversee North American commercial opportunities, such as licensing, merchandising and live events.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\"> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Before joining Endemol USA, Roberts, an Emmy-nominee, held the title of senior VP of digital content and cross-platform entertainment for The Hub, where he controlled the network&rsquo;s overall digital strategy.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\"> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">&ldquo;John is a recognized innovator in digital entertainment and commercial business development,&rdquo; remarked Goldberg. &ldquo;His success with bringing digital content and consumer products to market will be an asset to our creative digital team.
