Domestic Television Distribution. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">The show, which heads into its second season on CBS this fall, will join TBS in 2015. Created by Michael Patrick King (<em>Sex and the City<\/em>) and Whitney Cummings (<em>Whitney<\/em>), the series was TV&#8217;s number one new show of the 2011-12 season with adults 18 to 49 and the number one new comedy among total viewers. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">&quot;When <em>2 Broke Girls <\/em>premiered last fall, it immediately found its audience and appeared to us to be a perfect fit for TBS,&quot; said Michael Wright, the president and head of programming for TBS, TNT and Turner Classic Movies (TCM). &quot;With its funny and endearing lead performances, a terrific supporting cast and sharp writing,<em> 2 Broke Girls<\/em> brings a fresh, contemporary, attitude to the classic sitcom format.
