The project, from Warner Bros. Television and Outerbanks Entertainment, is about an ex-FBI agent who is on a search for a diabolical serial killer. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">FOX also picked up the Sony project <em>Mob Doctor<\/em>, which stars Jordana Spiro and William Forsythe. The series will follow a young female surgeon who is balancing her career and her lifelong debt to the South Chicago mob. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">The network has a trio of comedies coming its way: <em>Ben &amp; Kate<\/em>, about a young man who moves in with his uptight sister to help raise her child; <em>It&#8217;s Messy<\/em>, from <em>The Office<\/em>&#8216;s Mindy Kaling; and <em>The Goodwin Games<\/em>, following three kids who must reconnect in order to meet their terms of their father&#8217;s will and get their inheritance. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Meanwhile, the network cancelled J.J.
