Prior to joining Vuguru in 2009, Tanz served as the president and co-founder of Agility Studios, a boutique multiplatform studio where he helped build the three-season franchise <em>The Legion of Extraordinary Dancers<\/em>, which is in worldwide distribution by Paramount. He also served as CEO and president of LivePlanet, a multiplatform production company co-founded by actors Matt Damon and Ben Affleck. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">&ldquo;Larry&rsquo;s exceptional leadership, ability to attract high profile talent, identify outstanding material and produce content that consumers want is why we chose to promote him to the position of CEO,&rdquo; said Michael Eisner, the founder of Vuguru. &ldquo;Under his direction, the company has expanded its production slate, created valuable partnerships and increased profitability.
