Hall previously served as secretary and general counsel for Virgin Media from June 2004 until January 2011, where he oversaw Virgin&rsquo;s legal and regulatory activities and played a key role in Virgin&rsquo;s M&amp;A, financing and strategic initiatives. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Fries said: &ldquo;I am thrilled to welcome Bryan to our senior management team. With his long background in international cable and extensive experience in M&amp;A, financing and regulatory matters, he is uniquely qualified for this position and will add value to our group on day one.&rdquo; <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Fries added: &ldquo;I have worked with Liz Markowski from the time we formed Liberty Global in 2005.
