{"id":10825,"date":"2022-12-23T09:24:12","date_gmt":"2022-12-23T14:24:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev2.worldscreen.com\/tvusa\/fubotv-sinclair-ink-new-carriage-agreement\/"},"modified":"2022-12-23T11:37:00","modified_gmt":"2022-12-23T16:37:00","slug":"fubotv-sinclair-ink-new-carriage-agreement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tvusa\/fubotv-sinclair-ink-new-carriage-agreement\/","title":{"rendered":"FuboTV &amp; Sinclair Ink New Carriage Agreement"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>FuboTV and Sinclair Broadcast Group have signed a carriage agreement to bring Bally Sports\u2019 19 regional sports networks (RSNs) to Fubo in the coming weeks.<\/p>\n<p>The Bally Sports RSNs are owned and operated by Diamond Sports Group, a subsidiary of Sinclair.<\/p>\n<p>The agreement expands the existing partnership, which already includes the carriage of Sinclair\u2019s owned local broadcast stations, Tennis Channel and Marquee Sports Network, on Fubo TV.<\/p>\n<p>FuboTV will offer fans a new streaming option for Bally Sports RSNs as well as a leading choice for RSN coverage with a total of over 35 networks in its portfolio, most available in its base channel package (Pro).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRSNs are integral to FuboTV\u2019s sports-first content strategy and our mission to super-serve local passionate sports fans,\u201d said Henry Ahn, chief business officer of FuboTV. \u201cWe are very pleased to bring Fubo subscribers significant local sports coverage through our new partnership with Bally Sports, the nation\u2019s leader in local sports rights. Sinclair has been a great partner, and we\u2019re pleased that we were able to work together well to get a deal done that is meaningful and beneficial for both sides.
