Under her supervision, it has expanded its output with a cross-genre mix of original series and adaptations of hit formats. Recent pick-ups include the upcoming game show <em>Lingo<\/em>, hosted by RuPaul, and the multicultural cooking competition <em>The Great American Recipe<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining the company, Pierce was commissioning editor of formats for Channel 4, where she oversaw series such as <em>Seven Year Switch<\/em>, <em>Hunted<\/em>, <em>LEGO Masters<\/em> and <em>Made in Chelsea<\/em>. She has also served as head of TV for Pulse Films, director of development for MTV and executive producer for Maverick Television.<\/p>\n<p>Beilinson joined Objective Media Group America in 2017 as director of development before being promoted to VP in 2019. During his time with the company, he has developed numerous titles, including<em> 12 Dates of Christmas<\/em>, <em>Great Balloon Bomb Invasion<\/em>, <em>Worst Cooks in America: Dirty Dishes<\/em> and many more.
